At LOSE|GAIN, your satisfaction is our priority. Whether you shop online or in-store, we’re committed to providing a smooth return and exchange experience. Please review our updated policy below:

Eligibility:

● Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the date of in-store purchase or delivery of online orders.

● Products must be in their original condition – unused, unwashed, unaltered – with all original tags and packaging intact.

● Proof of purchase (store receipt or online invoice) is required.

● LOSE|GAIN reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items:

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

● Opened or used supplements

● Undergarments

● Items marked as final sale

Refunds:

● In-store purchases: Refunds may be issued in cash or to the original method of payment.

● Online purchases: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method only.

● Delivery and shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.

● Refunds may take up to 7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges:

● Items may be exchanged in-store or online for any available product.

● If the selected exchange item has a higher price, the difference must be paid by the customer.

International Orders:

● All shipping, return, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

● If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery for assistance.

Shipping & Delivery Times:

● Inside Kuwait: 3–5 business days

● GCC Countries: 3–5 business days

● Europe: 5–7 business days

● Asia, USA & Australia: 5–10 business days

● Note: Orders placed during public holidays may require additional processing time.
